Office Assistant Part-time

Pacific Beverage - Ventura

Part-time position/30 hours per week
Monday - Friday 1:30pm-7:30pm
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package with Medical, Dental, and 401K plan with Company Match.
Compensation: $17.46/hour

Summary

Under the direction of the Office Coordinator, the Office Assistant is responsible for basic clerical duties and customer service, answering phones, and basic filing. Reconcile driver invoices to verify that the product sold equals to the product delivered. Verify all documents from chain stores to actual Pacific Beverage invoices to ensure that prices, case count and invoices are correct.  Responsible for bank deposits, invoice scanning, driver exchange and work orders. Also responsible for sign making, banners and case cards.  Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

 

Education/Experience

Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with AS400.

Computer Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to use 10-key and strong mathematical skills.
